What Happens Now?

Your logo or Lettering: Submit "YOUR LOGO" during checkout, or you can send it to us later at logos@customizedwear.com

After checkout: your order will be assigned to one of our decoration specialists. They will be handling your order personally throughout the whole process, from start to finish. 

Your sample: Once the order is placed and we have all your logo details, we will  emailed you your custom sample within 5 to 7 business days for your approval.

Sample Approval: After you approve the virtual sample, we will run the balance due, decorate and ship your product. 

Deposit: We require a 40% deposit  AFTER we confirm your logo and delivery date. See Cancelation Policy for details: ordering-shipping-a...

How long will it take? Total time approximately 2 weeks, plus ship time.

Sales tax: New laws require us to charge sales tax for orders shipping to the following states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, LA, NC, OK, TX, UT. This will not show up when you place the order online, until we automate this, we manually add that in after we receive it. If you have a "TAX EXEMPT CERTIFICATE" from your state.
